Every booking is checked three separate times before it's confirmed: once when you click "book," once more as a safety check during that exact moment, and one final unbreakable rule at the database itself that rejects any overlap, no matter what. Even if two staff members try to book the same hall at the same second, only one booking can ever exist.

Opt-in is tracked for every client, in line with the DPDP Act 2023. A client who replies "STOP" is opted out immediately.

When a client pays online, it settles directly to your own bank account. NevisBanquet doesn't sit between you and your money. We charge a plan fee, nothing per booking and nothing per rupee collected.
